OUR CLASSES
Our goal at Hi-Strength is to provide you with awesome kettlebell classes in a friendly and warm environment. We understand that everyone is at a different stage in their fitness journey, which is why anyone can do our classes, all movements can be modified so you can become stronger!

INTRODUCTORY CLASS TO KETTLEBELLS
This is the first class most will need to take before starting.  This offers you the opportunity to explore kettlebellÂ
techniques. Together with the instructor’s guidance, you will be able to learn correct form and what to expect at your first class.

BALANCED
Ready to get out your mat and get started? This class has a little bit of everything kettlebell, ab work, a class you could take everyday!

STRENGTH
This class is where we will push ourselves with heavier weight. You will find that you are surprised and excited by your own strength.

SPEED
Ready to get a little jumpy? This class we will get our heart rate up for sure! With high energy movements and short time intervals.
TRAINER
A fitness studio has been a dream of mine for many years. I taught kettlebell classes for six years. I have been certified through Strong First. I want a place that everyone feels welcome and like family. A community that supports each other.
